There are basically two types of E-Kit Drives that allow your church, club or organization to get involved.
Encouragement Kit Drive and Assembly Projects
This project is great for churches, clubs, organizations and volunteer groups. Although detailed instructions and your own consultant will be provided, below is an outline of the basic steps for this service project.
Project Steps
2 Project Planning Period -- Work with your consultant to develop a timeline and
plan for your project.
3 Presentation & Promotion - Once you receive your starter kit and display materials you are ready to begin preparation and presentation of your project to gain support and funds.
5 Fundraising & Donation Drive- Raise funds and receive donations to buy the basic kits and other items for your Encouragement Kit. (see list)
6 Place your order - Place your order on line or by mail with your check, credit card
or money order. Determine the number of basic kits and other items you will be
ordering from us.
7 Receive & Assemble - Be prepared to receive your unassembled kits and gather your volunteers for your assembly day. (take lots of photos to post on your
web page).
10 Order Pick Up- Call us for pick up of your completed kits. We will include them in our next shipment to our troops.
12 We keep you updated - You will be sent an email informing you of your proposed ship out date and given a link to our web site to watch the progress. As we hear back from the troops and here the stories from them we will share them with
you as well.

Encouragement Kit Contents
Once you have raised your funds and determined the number of E-kits your volunteers will be assemblying, you will place your order and we will ship your unassembled kit items. All E-Kit projects will include basic kit items
The required basic kit items provided by Encouragementkit.org:
- E-Kit Box with labels
- Military Bible
- Charged Phone Card
- Dog Tags with American Eagle and Bible Verse
- Bible Bandana with military camouflage and bible verses

- Devotional book
- Items specific to deployed or wounded troops
Other items your group should include (can be purchased through
us or by local donations and fundraising)
- Contemporary Christian CDs
- Tablet/Pen/Envelopes
- Sunflower Seeds (for packing and a great treat)
- Other special gift from your church, group or club
Order forms and complete instructional details will be provided in your project materials once your registration has been received and approved.
Encouragement Kit Fundraising Drive
The Encouragement Kit Fundraising Drive is a great project for individuals or groups without the volunteer base to assemble a large number of kits.
- A minimum order of 25 kits is required to register your drive
- Instructional and promotional materials will be provided
- Custom web page and online sponsorship fundraising link.
- Our consultants will assist you with all you need to make your project a success.
